Inventory is continually monitored to ensure product availability however, we occasionally experience a high demand for a particular product.  Should such an occurrence affect your order, you will receive immediate notification and will be given the opportunity to either proceed with the shipment of the product when it arrives, make a substitution or cancel the order for full refund. Note that products ordered together may ship separately.

If, due to crop failure or poor weather conditions, a particular flower, plant or color choice is not available, we reserve the right to make a substitution using an alternate fresh selection of equal or greater value.
