Artwork
Good quality Camera Ready art is required for items being personalized. Approved formats are .eps, .ai, .tif, .jpg or .pdf. If artwork is not Camera Ready, there is the potential for art charges if it is necessary to convert the art. The majority of crystal products available for personalization require good quality 'black & white' Camera Ready art. Photocopies, business cards, letterheads, colored layouts, etc. will be subject to clean-up charges of $50 per hour. Submit art files via e-mail to artwork@TreasureEnTrilogy.com. Please attach your company name and location along with a corresponding purchase order number to ensure proper routing.
Computer Graphics
When required for personalization of crystal, our art department uses CorelDraw. Artwork may be sent on disk or via e-mail in the following formats: CorelDraw (.cdr), Adobe Illustrator (.ai or .eps), or High Resolution Tiff file (600 dpi or greater). Files must be readable on an IBM PC. Submit files via email to artwork@TreasureEnTrilogy.com . Please include a laser printed hard copy of your artwork with the disk. All fonts must be converted to curves (paths, outlines).
Setup Charges
Charges vary from $20 to $125, determined by service being performed, type of product being personalized, and whether new artwork is being implemented (on orders for multiple items of different sizes, the setup charge on the additional items will be waived, as long as all items are produced at the same time), artwork is currently on file (this setup charge applies to existing artwork which is re-sized for a new item), or it is a repeat order ( there is no Setup Charge for repeat orders of the same item, using identical artwork). Repeat orders of less than $100 on certain crystal products will incur a $20 Run Charge.

Copy Changes/Second Position Etch
If an item is personalized on a different location to the logo, Second Position Etching charges apply, in addition to Copy Change charges. A Setup Charge will be required for Second Position Etching.
Lustre Etch
Add color to our beautiful Deep Etched ceramic mugs. Multiple coats of enamels are applied to achieve this dramatic look ($4 per color per mug).
Standard colors include Gold, Silver, Black, White, Red, Blue, Yellow & Green.
While standard colors usually suffice, occasionally specific PMS colors are required. Although we cannot guarantee an exact match, we are able to mix enamels to get as close as possible to your Pantone (PMS) color.
Pantone Color Matching
When specifying your Pantone colors, please understand that colors may vary slightly.
Service charges for Pantone Color Matching range from $10 to $20 per color and applies on repeat orders.

Paper Proof
A Paper Proof will be faxed/emailed for approval prior to production. Production cannot begin without receipt of an accepted Paper Proof. Normal production time will apply after proof is approved.
Pre-Production Sample

Production Time
Normal lead time is 5 to 7 working days from approval of artwork or sample. Please provide an IN-HANDS date as it is our goal to produce all orders on a timely basis.
Rush Shipments
Shipments requested in less than 7 working days (less than 5 on most crystal items) may be subject to an additional rush charge. Please inquire within.
