Shipping Information

Orders are shipped prepaid, with shipping/freight charges added to the invoice. Shipments requiring adjustments will be assessed and invoiced separately.

Air shipments must be confirmed in writing. Dimensional weights apply to master cartons when shipping air.

Courier Shipments

To ensure safe delivery by parcel carriers (UPS, Fedex, etc), additional packaging is required. $6.00 per shipping carton will be added to the invoice.

Skid Shipments

Where economical, larger orders will be packed and shrinkwrapped on a skid for maximum protection. $20 to $25 per skid will be added to the invoice.

Split Shipments

When an order is shipped to 2 or more destinations at the same time, a Split Shipment charge of $8 per shipment will apply. Freight charges not included. International Shipment charges (if applicable) will also apply.

Courier Over-Packing Charge

$6.00 will apply. Freight Charges not included.

International Shipments

$25 per shipment. Freight, Customs, Taxes and Duties not included.

Damages, Breakages & Shortages

Each item will be carefully packed prior to shipment. However, due to the sensitive nature of many of our Corporate Gifts & Awards Collections, damage may still occur. All claims must be reported within 5 working days after receipt of the merchandise. No return shipments will be accepted without prior approval. Our responsibility for merchandise shipped via common carrier ceases upon delivery of the order to the carrier. All claims for damages must first be made with carrier. We shall assist you in supplying any information necessary for the completion of your claim. The receiver must retain all outer and inner cartons at their location for courier inspection. Optional insurance is available. Please notify our Customer Care department to arrange for replacements.

Returns

No return shipments will be accepted without prior approval. Merchandise approved for credit will be subject to a restocking fee.

Back-Orders

All Back-Orders are automatically shipped to the buyer within 90 days, unless otherwise advised by the buyer (preferably in writing). After the 90 day period, we will confirm the order through direct communication before shipment is made.

Cancellations

All costs incurred prior to order cancellation will be charged.
